摘要
本研究针对雄安新区某零碳建筑,从节能、节材及系统设计等角度,考虑建筑全生命周期,分别对建筑给水系统分区、排水管材选择及太阳能利用三个方面进行基于零碳目标的设计优化,采用碳排放因子方法计算碳排放量,给出优化思路和优化策略,提出充分利用市政压力的建筑给水系统分区方案、采用塑料建材的低碳方案和光伏太阳能系统的策略方案,并与传统设计进行碳排放量对比分析。研究成果验证了该零碳建筑采用的给排水关键技术方案的合理性和可行性,可为零碳建筑给排水设计提供实践支持。
This paper focuses on a zero-carbon building in Xiong′an New Area.From the perspectives of energy conservation,material conservation,and system design,considering the entire life cycle of the building,it conducts design optimization for three aspects of the building′s water supply system zoning,drainage pipe material selection,and solar energy utilization based on the zero-carbon goal.The carbon emissions are calculated using the carbon emission factor method,and the optimization ideas and strategies are provided.Then,the zoning scheme of the building′s water supply system that fully utilizes municipal pressure,the low-carbon scheme using plastic building materials,and the strategy of photovoltaic solar energy systems are proposed,and a comparative study of carbon emissions with traditional designs is also conducted.The research results verify the rationality and feasibility of the key technologies of water supply and drainage adopted in this zero-carbon building,which can provide practical support for the water supply and drainage design of zero-carbon buildings.
