摘要
目的:探究超声介入冲洗技术在腹部脓肿(PA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1月—2025年3月汉滨区第一医院收治的80例PA患者,按计算机随机法分为两组,各40例。研究组予以超声介入冲洗,对照组予以开腹引流干预。比较两组治疗效果、恢复效果、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.013);研究组发热恢复时间、感染恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:PA患者予以超声介入冲洗干预的效果显著,能有效缩短患者恢复时间,减少并发症发生。
Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound interventional irrigation technique in patients with abdominal abscess(PA).Methods:Eighty patients with PA admitted to Hanbin District First Hospital from January 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by computer,with forty cases in each group.The study group was given ultrasound interventional irrigation,while the control group was given open abdominal drainage intervention.The therapeutic effects,recovery effects and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013).The recovery time of fever,infection and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound interventional irrigation intervention for PA patients is remarkable,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
