摘要
目的:比较不同剂量干扰素α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的效果。方法:选取盐城市第一人民医院2024年1月—2025年1月收治的84例RSV肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为低剂量组与高剂量组,各42例。两组均接受干扰素α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗,低剂量组为10万IU/kg,高剂量组为20万IU/kg。比较两组治疗后症状体征消失时间、治疗前后呼吸功能及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:高剂量组发热、喘息、咳嗽、啰音消失时间短于低剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组用力肺活量、呼气峰流速比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,高剂量组用力肺活量、呼气峰流速高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:高剂量干扰素α2b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿RSV肺炎的效果更显著,可减轻患儿临床症状,改善其呼吸功能,且安全性良好。
Objective:To compare the effects of different doses of interferon α2b injection nebulized inhalation in treatment of children with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia.Methods:A total of 84 children with RSV pneumonia who were admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the low-dose group and the high-dose group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with interferon α2b injection nebulized inhalation,at the doses of 100000 IU/kg in the low-dose group and 200000 IU/kg in the high-dose group.The disappearance time of symptoms and signs after treatment,respiratory function before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of fever,wheezing,cough,and rales in the high-dose group was shorter than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow in the high-dose group were higher than those in the low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-dose interferon α2b injection nebulized inhalation has a more significant therapeutic effect on pediatric RSV pneumonia,and can relieve the clinical symptoms of children,improve respiratory function,and maintain good safety.
