摘要
目的:分析遗传性乳腺癌-卵巢癌综合征(HBOC)患者接受基因检测的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析中山市博爱医院2021年7月—2023年12月收治的152例HBOC女性患者的一般资料,按是否接受基因检测分为检测组(68例)和未检测组(84例)。收集患者一般资料,采用多因素Logistic回归法筛选基因检测接受率的独立影响因素。结果:检测组有家族史、教育程度大专及以上、月收入>8000元、医疗费用全额报销、对检测结果信任、医生强推荐占比高于未检测组(P<0.001)。多因素分析显示,有家族史、医疗费用全额报销、医生强推荐是HBOC患者接受基因检测的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:有家族史、医疗费用全额报销、医生强推荐是影响HBOC患者接受基因检测的独立影响因素。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of genetic testing in patients with hereditary breast cancer-ovarian cancer syndrome(HBOC).Methods:The general data of 152 female patients with HBOC who were admitted to Boai Hospital of Zhongshan from July 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether they received genetic testing,they were divided into test group(68 cases)and non-test group(84 cases).The general data of patients were collected.Multivariate Logistic regression method was used to screen the independent influencing factors of acceptance rate for genetic testing.Results:The proportions of patients with family history,education level of junior college or above,monthly income of>8000 yuan,full reimbursement of medical expenses,trust in test results,and strong recommendation of doctors in the test group were higher than those in the non-test group(P<0.001).Multivariate analysis showed that family history,full reimbursement of medical expenses,and strong recommendation of doctors were independent influencing factors for HBOC patients receiving genetic testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family history,full reimbursement of medical expenses,and strong recommendation of doctors are independent influencing factors for HBOC patients receiving genetic testing.
