ZG230-450铸钢表面激光熔覆铁基涂层的组织与性能

摘要 通过显微组织观察,硬度、拉伸性能、冲击性能和耐磨性能测试,研究了ZG230-450铸钢表面激光熔覆铁基涂层的组织与性能。结果表明,涂层与基材形成良好冶金结合,无裂纹,气孔缺陷,涂层组织为均匀、细小的马氏体。铁基涂层的硬度、抗拉强度、冲击吸收能量和耐磨性均优于基材,其中硬度和耐磨性提升较明显。相较于基材,涂层硬度(441 HV0.5)提高了1.49倍,摩擦因数从0.642下降到0.593,最大磨损深度从37.5μm下降到19.78μm。 Microstructure and properties of iron-based coatings on ZG230-450 cast steel surface by laser cladding were investigated through microstructure observation,hardness,tensile properties,impact property,and wear resistance tests.The results show that the coating forms metallurgical bond with the substrate,free of cracks and porosity defects,and the coating microstructure consists of uniform and fine martensite.The hardness,tensile strength,impact absorbed energy,and wear resistance of the iron-based coatings are superior to those of the substrate,with a significant improvement in hardness and wear resistance.Compared to the substrate,the hardness of the coating(441 HV0.5)is increased by 1.49 times,the friction coefficient is reduced from 0.642 to 0.593,and the maximum wear depth is decreased from 37.5μm to 19.78μm.
