摘要
通过OM、SEM、TEM等显微表征手段以及拉伸、冲击试验等性能测试对1050~1150℃×1 h固溶处理后的冷轧HRX19奥氏体不锈钢的组织与力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,冷轧HRX19奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能主要受晶粒尺寸与Z相含量的影响。当固溶温度低于1100℃时,不锈钢的组织与力学性能均变化较小,仅表现出强度略有降低;当固溶温度达到1100℃时,Z相含量开始明显减少,导致硬度下降,韧性显著提升;进一步提升固溶温度至1150℃,Z相含量持续减少,同时晶粒尺寸显著增大,强度与硬度随之降低。1100℃固溶处理后,冷轧HRX19奥氏体不锈钢可获得较好的强韧性匹配。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled HRX19 austenitic stainless steel subjected to solution treatment at different temperatures of 1050-1150℃for 1 h were investigated using microscopic characterization techniques,including OM,SEM,and TEM,alongside tensile and impact property tests.The results indicate that the mechanical properties of the cold-rolled HRX19 austenitic stainless steel are primarily influenced by grain size and Z phase content.When the solution treatment temperature is below 1100℃,the microstructure and mechanical properties exhibit minimal changes,with only a slight reduction in strength.At 1100℃,the Z phase content begins to decrease,leading to a significant improvement in toughness and a reduction in hardness.Further increasing the solution treatment temperature to 1150℃causes a continued reduction in Z phase content and a marked increase in grain size,resulting in decreased strength and hardness.After solution treatment at 1100℃,the cold-rolled HRX19 austenitic stainless steel can achieve a good combination of strength and toughness.
