摘要
目的:观察正念减压联合标准化护理对促进初产妇顺利生产、降低产后不良事件发生率的效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月雅安市人民医院妇产科收入的初产妇80例,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),分别采用常规围产期护理和正念减压联合标准化护理。结果:护理后,观察组心理状态评分优于对照组,母婴不良事件发生率低于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,Apgar评分、护理满意率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:相较于常规护理,在初产妇围产期提供正念减压联合标准化护理服务,可促进初产妇顺利生产、降低产后不良事件发生率、提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction combined with standardized nursing on promoting the smooth delivery of primipara and reducing the incidence of postpartum adverse events.Methods:A total of 80 primiparas from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ya'an People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases),with routine perinatal nursing and mindfully decompression combined with standardized nursing adopted respectively.Results:After nursing,the psychological score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the postpartum blood loss of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the Apgar score and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,providing mindfulness-based stress reduction combined with standardized nursing services during the perinatal period of primipara can promote the smooth delivery of primipara,reduce the incidence of postpartum adverse events,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
