摘要
土壤中氮磷含量是评价土壤肥力的重要指标,其精准检测对农业生产具有重要意义。本研究基于分光光度法,开发了一种快速、准确的土壤氮磷含量标准化检测方法。通过优化样品前处理、显色剂配方及仪器校准,显著提高了检测精度。实验结果表明,该方法对土壤中全氮和有效磷的检测线性范围分别为0.01~2.0mg/L和0.005~0.5mg/L,检测限分别为0.003mg/L和0.001mg/L,相对标准偏差(RelativeStandardDeviation,RSD)低于2.5%。与传统方法相比,新方法在灵敏度和稳定性方面均有显著提升,适用于大批量土壤样品分析。
The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil are important indicators for evaluating soil fertility,and their precise detection is of great significance for agricultural production.Based on spectrophotometry,this study develops a rapid and accurate standardized detection method for nitrogen and phosphorus contents in soil.By optimizing sample pretreatment,chromogenic reagent formulation and instrument calibration,the detection accuracy has been significantly improved.The experimental results show that the detection linear ranges of total nitrogen and available phosphorus in soil by this method are 0.01~2.0 mg/L and 0.005~0.5 mg/L respectively,and the detection limits are 0.003 mg/L and 0.001 mg/L respectively.The Relative Standard Deviation(RSD)is less than 2.5%.Compared with traditional methods,the new method has significantly improved in terms of both sensitivity and stability,which is suitable for the analysis of a large number of soil samples.
