矿用风速传感器示值误差校准标准化研究

摘要 为解决矿用风速传感器在复杂矿井环境中存在的示值误差大、校准方法不统一等问题,本文提出一种基于标准体系构建与自动化校准技术的校准标准化方案。构建由通用标准、产品规范和现场规程组成的三层级校准体系,明确量程、灵敏度、响应时间和误差限值等关键指标,设计多点动态校准方法,并引入不确定度合成模型与误差修正算法。实验采用THFD-A10型风洞平台、NI USB-6218采集卡及ZWIN-FD600、WT-K800型传感器,设置0.5~8.0 m/s风速点进行对比校准。结果表明,该方法在全量程内显著降低示值误差,改善率达71.4%~75.0%,不确定度控制在±0.04 m/s(k=2)以内,验证了其在精度控制与标准化执行方面的可行性与有效性。 This paper addresses the large indication error and inconsistent calibration of mine wind speed sensors under complex underground conditions,and proposes a calibration standardization framework consisting of general standards,product specifi cations,and fi eld procedures.It clearly defi nes key indicators such as measurement range,sensitivity,response time and error limits,and develops a multi-point dynamic calibration method,and introduces the uncertainty synthesis model and the error correction algorithm.Experiments use a THFD-A10 wind tunnel,NI USB-6218 capture card,and ZWIN-FD600/WT-K800 sensors,and set wind speed points ranging from 0.5 m/s to 8.0 m/s for comparison calibration.Results demonstrate that the method reduces indication error by 71.4%~75.0%and controls expanded uncertainty within±0.04 m/s(k=2),verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of its application in precision control and standardized execution.
