摘要
标准化是促进制度创新和质量提升的重要技术手段,优化政务服务、提升行政效能是优化营商环境、建设全国统一大市场的必然要求。本文以东营经济技术开发区为例,介绍了东营市政务服务标准化建设的创新举措、取得成效,以标准提升引领政务服务提质增效。
Standardization is an important technical means to promote institutional innovation and quality improvement.Optimizing government services and enhancing administrative efficiency are inevitable requirements for improving the business environment and building a unified national market.Taking Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,this article introduces the innovative measures and achievements of Dongying City’s standardization construction of government services,and demonstrates how standards improvement leads to enhanced quality and efficiency of government services.
