摘要
为深入贯彻落实国家、安徽省关于深化医疗保障制度改革,加强经办能力建设,六安市医疗保障局主动作为,申报了国家级社会管理和公共服务综合标准化试点项目。文章主要探讨了六安市医疗保障局服务标准化建设情况及建设成果,以期为其他医疗保障经办机构提供可复制、可借鉴的医疗保障服务标准体系建设样板,把“群众盼什么”与“政府干什么”精准契合,不断满足人民群众对医疗保障的期待,让参保群众切切实实地感到温暖、看到变化、得到实惠。
To thoroughly implement the national and provincial reforms in the medical insurance system,and strengthen the capacity of medical insurance operations,the Medical Insurance Bureau of Lu’an City has actively taken initiative and applied for the national comprehensive standardization pilot project for social management and public services.This article primarily discusses the process and achievements of the standardized construction of medical insurance services in Lu’an City,aiming to provide replicable and referenceable models for other medical insurance operation institutions.It seeks to align“what the public expect”with“what the government does”,continuously meeting the people’s expectations for medical insurance,and enabling insured individuals to truly feel warmth,see changes,and gain benefits.
