摘要
本文通过分析上海市粮食烘干信息化现状,阐述信息化标准体系建设在优化烘干能力布局、推动设施装备转型升级、提高烘干社会化服务能力等方面的关键作用,提出涵盖技术标准、管理标准和工作标准等方面的体系构建思路,为提升上海市粮食烘干效率与质量、促进粮食烘干能力建设提供理论支撑。
By analyzing the current status of grain drying informatization in Shanghai,this paper elaborates on the key role of constructing an informatization standards system in optimizing drying capacity layout,promoting the transformation and upgrading of facilities and equipment,and enhancing socialized service capabilities for grain drying.It proposes a framework for building the system,covering technical standards,management standards,and work standards,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for improving the effi ciency and quality of grain drying in Shanghai and fostering the development of grain drying capacity.
