摘要
作为世界港航大国,我国港口在共建“一带一路”中具有重要地位,但同时也是碳排放大户。宁波发展低碳港口建设,对响应国家战略、助力全球气候治理意义重大。本文以低碳港口作为研究切入点,在标准化建设的基础上,以宁波为例,分析低碳港口的内涵和意义、低碳港口标准化建设现状和问题、推动宁波低碳港口建设发展的路径研究,实现绿色低碳发展,进一步探索可持续发展路径。
As a major maritime country in the world,China’s ports play an important role in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,but they are also major carbon emitters.The construction of low-carbon ports in Ningbo is of great significance in responding to national strategies and supporting global climate governance.With lowcarbon ports as the research entry point,this paper takes Ningbo as an example based on standardized construction to analyze the connotation and signifi cance of low-carbon ports,the current situation and problems of low-carbon port standardized construction,and the research on the path to promote low-carbon port construction and development in Ningbo.It aims to achieve green and low-carbon development and further explore sustainable development paths.
