摘要
在冶金工业中,烧结机是烧结矿生产的关键设备,其运行效率直接影响烧结矿的质量和产量。烧结生产过程中,圆辊通过旋转将烧结原料(如铁矿粉、燃料、熔剂等)均匀地分布在烧结机台车上。环冷机则用于对烧结后的高温烧结矿进行冷却,板式给矿机则将环冷机冷却完的烧结矿输送到筛分系统进行筛选。传统运行模式下,这些设备的调速通常是独立控制的,缺乏协同性,因此,急需一种能够基于烧结机的机速设定,实现烧结机、圆辊、环冷机与板式给矿机连锁调速系统及方法,以提高烧结生产的整体效率和稳定性。
In the metallurgical industry,sintering machines are key equipment for sintered ore production,and their operational efficiency directly affects the quality and output of sintered ore.During the sintering production process,the round rollers evenly distribute sintering materials(such as iron ore powder,fuel,flux,etc.)on the sintering machine trolley through rotation.The ring cooler is used to cool the high-temperature sintered ore after sintering,while the plate feeder transports the sintered ore cooled by the ring cooler to the screening system for screening.In the traditional operating mode,the speed regulation of these devices is usually independently controlled and lacks coordination.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a speed setting system and method based on the sintering machine to achieve a chain speed regulation system and method for the sintering machine,circular rollers,ring cooler,and plate feeder,in order to improve the overall efficiency and stability of sintering production.
