摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,产品数据管理(PDM)系统在现代制造企业中的应用日益广泛。针对电气控制领域中小企业的实际需求,设计并实现了一款基于PDM系统的电气控制柜BOM模块化管理平台。该系统采用Vue.js和SSM的前后端分离架构,通过引入BOM模块化设计理念,将BOM结构划分为通用模块、功能模块和附加组件三大模块,有效提升了产品数据管理的规范性和可重用性。研究结果表明,该PDM系统显著改善了企业产品数据的组织效率,实现了BOM数据的标准化管理和版本控制,为后续的工艺设计、生产制造等环节提供了可靠的数据基础。
With the rapid development of information technology,product data management(PDM)systems are increasingly being utilized in modern manufacturing enterprises.This paper addresses the practical needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the electrical control sector by designing and implementing a modular BOM management platform for electrical control cabinets based on a PDM system.The system employs a front-end and back-end separation architecture using Vue.js and SSM.By introducing a modular BOM design concept,the BOM structure is divided into three main modules:general modules,functional modules,and additional components,significantly enhancing the standardization and reusability of product data management.The research results demonstrate that this PDM system markedly improves the organizational efficiency of enterprise product data.
