一次干法除尘系统除尘器高压电源改造关键技术研究

摘要 针对一次干法除尘系统除尘器单相电源存在的控制速度慢、电耗大、除尘效率低等问题,以某钢厂210 t转炉除尘器高压电源由单相升级为三相的改造为例,分析了转炉一次干法除尘系统除尘器单相电源的现状问题,提出了改造内容和升级方案,阐述了改造后在除尘效率、抑制闪络能力、节能等方面的效果,总结了改造升级中三相高压电源核心部件选择、二次电流控制、除尘器入口温度控制等3个关键技术,进一步论证了除尘器高压电源由单相升级为三相的必要性、可行性、经济性。 This paper takes the upgrade of the high-voltage power supply of the 210 t converter furnace dust collector in a certain steel plant from single-phase to three-phase as an example to analyze the current situation,and problems of the single-phase power supply of the dust collector in the primary dry dust removal system of the converter furnace.The transformation content and upgrade scheme are proposed,and the effects in terms of dust removal efficiency,suppression of flashover discharge,energy conservation,and other aspects after the upgrade are expounded.Three key technologies in the upgrade,namely the selection of core components of the three-phase high-voltage power supply,secondary current control,and control of the inlet temperature of the dust collector,are summarized.Finally,the necessity,feasibility,and economy of upgrading the high-voltage power supply of the dust collector from single-phase to three-phase are further demonstrated.
