摘要
为了探究由于密度差异对浮球式液位传感器测量产生的影响,对浮球液位传感器进行不同液体密度的数据定量分析,计算偏差数据。利用数学方法从线性、对数和多项式公式中拟合出数学解,根据拟合度进行评估,并总结推导出适用于常规浮球液位传感器的通用校准方程。在液位检测系统中通过使用通用校准方程进行误差校准,可以避免由于密度问题导致的测量误差,为工程应用提供参考。
In order to explore the impact of density differences on the measurement of float type liquid level sensors,quantitative analysis of data of different liquid densities of float type liquid level sensors is carried out,deviation data is calculated,mathematical solutions are fitted from linear,logarithmic and polynomial formulas using mathematical methods,and the fitting degree is evaluated,and a general calibration equation suitable for conventional float type liquid level sensors is summarized and deduced.The measurement error caused by density problem can be avoided by using the universal calibration equation in the liquid level detection system,which can provide reference for engineering application.
