摘要
为提升物料分拣装置的研发效率,减少研发过程中的试错成本,设计了物料分拣装置的虚拟数字样机。用传送带传送物料,通过设置碰撞体的类别和碰撞传感器的类别来识别多种待分拣的物料,用气动手指推送物料,实现了多种不同属性物料自动分拣的控制需求。搭建了以NX MCD+S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0+TIA Portal V18虚拟调试平台,在NX MCD模块中对物料分拣装置的虚拟数字样机做机械定义、电气定义和自动化属性相关的定义,在TIA Portal V18编写程序,并将程序下载至由S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0创建的虚拟PLC中,建立NX MCD与虚拟PLC的信号映射,实现了虚拟PLC控制物料分拣装置数字样机的虚拟仿真调试,验证了方案的可行性。
To improve the research and development efficiency of material sorting devices and reduce trial and error costs during the development process,a virtual digital prototype of the material sorting device is designed in this paper.Using a conveyor belt to transport materials,multiple materials to be sorted are identified by setting the categories of collision bodies and collision sensors.Pneumatic fingers are used to push materials,achieving the control requirements for automatic sorting of materials with different attributes.This paper builts a virtual debugging platform using NX MCD+S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0+TIA Portal V18.In the NX MCD module,defines the mechanical,electrical,and automation properties of the virtual digital prototype of the material sorting device,and writes the program in TIA Portal V18 and downloaded it to the virtual PLC created by S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0.
