图像识别技术在核电马赛克盘台自动测试中的应用研究

摘要 目前图像识别技术已较为成熟,将图像识别技术应用于核电马赛克盘台的测试工作,实现测试自动化、准确化和高效化对保证DCS系统性能具有重大意义。为马赛克盘台设计了一套基于图像识别的测试解决方案,重点阐述设计中所包含的图像识别模块的具体实现技术细节,并给出相应的应用数据。实践表明,该基于图像识别的测试方法稳妥可靠,能够满足核电厂DCS系统的马赛克盘台测试需求。 The testing of mosaic panels to achieve automation,accuracy,and efficiency in testing is of great significance for ensuring the performance of the DCS system.This paper proposes a testing solution for mosaic panels based on image recognition technology,focusing on the detailed technical implementation of the image recognition module included in the design and presenting corresponding application data.Practical results demonstrate that this testing method based on image recognition is stable and reliable,capable of meeting the testing requirements for mosaic panels in the DCS of nuclear power plants.
