摘要
该文基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念,系统重构高校啦啦操教学目标,提出了以运动表现与核心素养双产出为导向的教学体系。通过理论梳理与实践路径结合,从教学目标、训练方法、评价机制3个维度展开研究,构建涵盖技术技能、体能素质、艺术表现、团队协作等运动表现目标,以及学会学习、人际沟通、职业素养、数智素养等核心素养目标的双重产出框架。接着,该研究进一步提出多维度保障体系、个性化训练方法与多元化评价机制,推动啦啦操教学从技能传授向全面发展转型,为培养具备专业技能与综合素养的复合型啦啦操人才提供理论支持与实践参考。
Based on the Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept,this paper systematically reconstructs the teaching objectives of cheerleading in colleges and universities,and proposes a teaching system oriented towards the dual output of athletic performance and core quality.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical paths,the research is conducted from three dimensions:teaching objectives,training methods,and evaluation mechanisms.A dual output framework is constructed,covering sports performance objectives such as technical skills,physical fitness,artistic expression,and teamwork,as well as core quality objectives such as learning to learn,interpersonal communication,professional quality,and digital intelligence quality.The research further proposes a multi-dimensional guarantee system,personalized training methods and diversified evaluation mechanisms,promoting the transformation of cheerleading teaching from skill imparting to all-round development,and providing theoretical support and practical reference for cultivating composite cheerleading talents with professional skills and comprehensive qualities.
