摘要
农村产业融合为统筹城乡资源、激发乡村活力提供了有效路径,新型城镇化是农村产业融合的重要驱动力。本文在构建理论模型的基础上,基于2012—2022年我国的省级面板数据,运用空间计量模型实证研究了新型城镇化对农村产业融合的影响效应。研究表明,我国的农村产业融合和新型城镇化均存在显著的正空间自相关性,二者的高值区域与低值区域各自呈现集聚的趋势;新型城镇化不仅能显著促进本地农村产业融合水平的提升,还能对邻近地区的农村产业融合有显著的空间溢出作用;基础设施建设和居民消费升级是新型城镇化影响农村产业融合的重要中介变量,新型城镇化能够通过完善基础设施和促进居民消费升级提升农村产业融合发展水平。建议加强农村产业融合与新型城镇化之间的良性互动,强化二者耦合协调发展的制度体系供给,持续推动工商资本下乡,加强城乡一体化的基础设施建设;加大惠农力度,多渠道提高农民收入,以农村消费市场的扩容提质驱动农村产业融合的发展。
Rural industrial integration provides an effective path for coordinating urban-rural resources and stimulating rural vitality,while new urbanization serves as a crucial driving force for rural industrial integration.Based on the construction of a theoretical model and using provincial panel data of China from 2012 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of new urbanization on rural industrial integration by applying a spatial econometric model.The research findings show that:China's rural industrial integration and new urbanization both demonstrate notable positive spatial autocorrelation,with high-value and low-value regions of the two respectively showing a trend of agglomeration;Beyond significantly promoting the improvement of local rural industrial integration,new urbanization also demonstrates a significant spatial spillover influence on rural industrial integration in surrounding regions;Infrastructure construction and the upgrading of residents'consumption are important mediating variables for the impact of new urbanization on rural industrial integration,and new urbanization can improve the development level of rural industrial integration by improving infrastructure and promoting the upgrading of residents'consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the benign interaction between rural industrial integration and new urbanization,strengthen the institutional system supply for the coupled and coordinated development of the two,continuously promote urban industrial and commercial capital to go to the countryside,and strengthen the construction of urban-rural integrated infrastructure,increase the intensity of benefiting farmers,improve farmers'income through multiple channels,and drive the development of rural industrial integration through the expansion and improvement of rural consumer market.
