摘要
针对散货装船码头扬尘污染问题,在系统分析装船作业全流程中的扬尘源基础上,给出了散货装船码头扬尘系统治理技术方案,详细阐述了溜筒结构改造、应用气雾混合清扫系统设计、增设干雾抑尘装置等技术。该方案可使装船作业粉尘综合抑制率达96.3%,为同类码头改造提供技术参考。
To address the issue of dust pollution in bulk cargo loading terminals,this study systematically analyzes dust sources throughout the loading process and proposes a comprehensive dust control solution.Key technical measures include the structural modification of chutes,the design of an air-mist hybrid cleaning system,and the addition of dry fog dust suppression devices.The solution achieves a dust suppression efficiency of 96.3%,providing a technical reference for environmental upgrades in similar terminals.
