基于空地数据融合的飞行颠簸区域预测算法

摘要 为应对航空安全领域中飞行颠簸区域难以准确预测的挑战,提出一种基于空地数据融合的飞行颠簸区域预测算法。首先,提取不同时刻的机载飞行数据,经真空速和风速检验后,下传可靠的高空风数据至地面端;然后,根据需求提取目标区域GRIB2格式的经向风和纬向风三维矩阵,根据地面端接收到的空中风速数据,采用反距离权重法更新网格点风速;最后,计算空中机载颠簸指数,并通过空地融合风速对其缺失区域进行补全,绘制目标区域的颠簸指数等值线图以确定颠簸区域与颠簸强度。结果表明,该算法的飞行颠簸预测精度较传统单一数据源方法有一定程度提升,可为空中交通管理、航线规划和航空安全评估等领域提供技术支持。 To address the challenge of accurately predicting flight turbulence zones in aviation safety domain,a in‑flight turbulence region prediction algorithm based on air-ground data fusion is proposed.Firstly,the onboard flight data from different time instants is extracted,after validated by true airspeed and wind speed,the reliable winds aloft data are transmitted to the ground station.Then,threedimensional matrices of zonal and meridional winds in GRIB2 format for the target region are retrieved as required.Using the airborne wind data received by ground station,the wind speeds at each grid point are updated via the inverse distance weighting method.Finally,the airborne turbulence index is calculated,its missing data region is filled with the air-ground fused wind speeds.The turbulence region and severity are generated by contouring target region maps of turbulence index.The results show that,the proposed algorithm improves prediction accuracy compared to traditional single-datasource methods,providing technical support for air traffic management,trajectory planning,and aviation safety assessment.
