摘要
教师的专业情意是专业发展的内驱力,专业情意水平关乎乡村幼儿园教育质量的高低。本研究运用问卷调查法和访谈法,了解了乡村幼儿园教师的专业情意现状。研究发现:乡村幼儿园教师的专业情意总体水平处于中等偏下,其中专业理想与专业性向得分较低,反映出乡村幼儿园教师的职业规划不清晰、职业发展动力不足;专业情感与专业自我得分较高,表明教师在职业价值认同及自我感受方面表现较好。针对乡村幼儿园教师群体存在的专业情意问题,提出了提升乡村幼儿园教师专业情意的策略,包括加强职前与在职培训、搭建交流平台、明确职业定位等。
Teachers'professional affection serves as the internal driving force for their professional development,and the level of professional affection is closely related to the quality of rural kindergarten education.In this study,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to understand the current situation of the professional affection of rural kindergarten teachers.The study found that the overall level of professional affection of rural kindergarten teachers is below the middle level.Among them,the scores of professional ideals and professional orientations are relatively low,reflecting that rural kindergarten teachers have unclear career plans and insufficient motivation for career development.The scores of professional emotions and professional selves are relatively high,indicating that teachers perform well in terms of professional value recognition and self-feelings.Rural kindergarten teachers show various differences in professional affection,and this result further demonstrates the influence of factors such as gender,teaching experience,and educational background of rural kindergarten teachers on their professional affection.In response to the problems of professional affection existing among rural kindergarten teachers,we have proposed strategies to enhance the professional affection of rural kindergarten teachers,including strengthening pre-service and in-service training,building communication platforms,and clarifying career positioning,etc.
