职业英语教学与世界技能大赛需求适应性研究

A Study on the Adaptation of Vocational English Teaching to the Needs of the World Skills Competition

摘要 在经济全球化和产业转型背景下,世界技能大赛对选手英语综合应用能力提出更高要求,但当前高职院校职业英语教学与实际需求脱节。研究基于大赛三大核心场景(技术操作、赛事执行、跨文化协作),提出“13611”多维能力模型,涵盖语言能力、认知策略与跨文化交际三大维度,细化出11项核心技能。并构建“场景-任务-能力”三轮驱动教学模式,倡导以真实情境重构教学内容,任务驱动实施教学,多维评估能力,推动语言与技能深度融合,培养具国际竞争力的复合型技术人才。 Under the background of economic globalization and industrial transformation,the World Skills Competition has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive application of English,but the current vocational English teaching in higher vocational colleges is out of touch with the actual needs.Based on the three core scenarios of the competition(technical operation,event execution,and cross-cultural collaboration),the study proposes the“13611”multidimensional competency model,which covers the three dimensions of linguistic competence,cognitive strategies,and cross-cultural communication,and refines 11 core skills.We have also constructed the“scene-task-competence”three-wheel-driven teaching model,advocating the reconstruction of teaching content with real situations,task-driven implementation of teaching,and multi-dimensional assessment of competence,to promote the in-depth fusion of language and skills,and to cultivate composite technical talents with international competitiveness.
