基于仿真软件的液压执行机构模型辨识

摘要 针对航空发动机液压执行机构具有强非线性的特点,提出了时域数据模型辨识方法对其试验数据进行模型辨识。首先对数据进行坐标平移,利用仿真软件辨识出液压执行机构的局部线性化模型;然后对辨识出的模型构建闭环仿真系统,验证液压执行机构模型的准确性;最后以航空发动机控制系统主燃油计量活门为例,采用上述辨识方法建立计量活门数学模型,并构建主燃油闭环仿真系统,对所建立模型的有效性进行验证。辨识得到的模型具有较高的精度和动态特性,可用于航空发动机控制系统液压执行机构工程建模。 Aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of aero-engine hydraulic actuator,a method of time domain data model identification was proposed to identify the test data.First,by translating data coordinates and using simulation software,a locally linearized model of hydraulic actuator was established.Then based on the identified model,a closed-loop simulation system was established to verify the hydraulic actuator model.Finally,taking the main fuel valve math model of aero-engine control system as an example,a valve math model was established through the method above-mentioned,and a main fuel closedloop simulation system was established to confirm the validity of established model.The identified model possesses high accuracy and dynamic characteristics,making it suitable for engineering modeling of hydraulic actuators in aero-engine control systems.
