基于实测模型的波导馈电网络装配定位与补偿技术研究

摘要 波导馈电网络装配质量是影响天线信号传输的关键因素,传统的反复试装和拆卸重装的装配方法越来越难以满足当前多频段复合波导馈电网络的装配要求。为提高装配精度和装配效率,开展了基于实测模型的波导馈电网络装配定位与补偿技术研究。探索了波导稳健拟合重构方法,定义了波导重构模型的装配定位基准,分析了波导间隙表现形式并给出了相应的补偿措施。最后在某复杂波导馈电网络上进行了应用验证,结果表明,该方法可以有效提高装配效率,避免因间隙补偿不足而导致的装配变形及性能超差等问题。 The assembly quality of waveguide feeding networks is a critical factor affecting the signal transmission of antennas.The traditional trial assembly and reassembly is increasingly difficult to meet the assembly requirements of current multi-band composite waveguide feeding networks.In order to improve assembly accuracy and efficiency,a waveguide feeding networks assembly positioning and compensation method based on the measured model was proposed.The waveguide robust fitting reconstruction method was explored,the assembly positioning reference of the waveguide reconstruction method was defined,the manifestation of waveguide gaps was analyzed,and compensation measures were given.Finally,the method was applied on a complex waveguide feeding network.The results show that this method can effectively improve the assembly efficiency and avoid assembly deformation and performance deviations caused by insufficient gap compensation.
