钨矿碱分解工艺制取仲钨酸铵过程钨和钼元素流分析

Element Flow Analysis of Tungsten and Molybdenum during Ammonium Paratungstate Production from Tungsten Ore by Alkali Decomposition

摘要 随着优质钨矿资源的耗竭,高钼钨矿逐渐成为我国钨冶炼企业的主要生产原料。然而,钨和钼性质相似,两者在钨矿冶炼过程中亦有着相近反应行为,导致生产上除钼难度增加,并且仲钨酸铵产品中的钼含量时常超标。基于此,阐明钨矿冶炼过程中钨和钼元素的迁移规律意义深远。本文采用元素流分析方法,对钨矿碱分解工艺制取仲钨酸铵过程中钨、钼元素进行追踪,揭示二者在各物料中的分配规律。结果表明,以黑钨精矿和白钨精矿的混合精矿为原料,钨矿冶炼生产中W元素进入粉尘、钨渣、脱磷渣、交后液、一段液、除钼渣、结晶母液和仲钨酸铵产品的分配比分别是0.01%、1.40%、1.97%、1.93%、0.95%、0.01%、2.34%和91.39%;而Mo元素在钨渣、脱磷渣、除钼渣和仲钨酸铵产品中的分配比分别为79.88%、0.61%、15.24%和0.73%,以及在交后液和结晶母液中的分配比分别为0.61%和2.93%。 With the depletion of high-quality tungsten ore resources,molybdenum-rich tungsten ore has gradually become the main production raw material for tungsten smelting enterprises in China.However,tungsten and molybdenum have similar properties and exhibit similar reaction behaviors during tungsten ore smelting,which increases the difficulty of removing molybdenum in production and often leads to excessive molybdenum content in ammonium paratungstate(APT)products.Therefore,elucidating the migration laws of tungsten and molybdenum in the tungsten ore smelting process has profound significance.This article applies the element flow analysis method to track tungsten and molybdenum in the process of producing APT through alkaline decomposition of tungsten ore,revealing their distribution patterns in various materials.The results indicate that using a mixed concentrate of wolframite and scheelite as the raw material,the distribution ratios of W in dust,tungsten slag,dephosphorization slag,post-exchange solution,primary solution,molybdenum removal slag,crystallization mother liquor,and APT products are 0.01%,1.40%,1.97%,1.93%,0.95%,0.01%,2.34%,and 91.39%,respectively.The distribution ratios of Mo in tungsten slag,dephosphorization slag,molybdenum removal slag,and APT products are 79.88%,0.61%,15.24%,and 0.73%,respectively,while its distribution ratios in the post-exchange solution and crystallization mother liquor are 0.61% and 2.93%,respectively.
