摘要
为解决高速公路沥青路面传统摊铺与压实技术存在的厚度不均、压实度离散性大等问题,本文围绕高速公路沥青路面3D智能摊铺与压实质量控制技术展开研究。阐述3D智能摊铺核心理论,包括基于BIM与激光扫描的三维建模、GPS/北斗双模定位技术,以及摊铺厚度、速度、熨平板温度等关键参数设定;分析3D智能摊铺系统架构与参数智能优化策略;进而研究智能压实系统硬件配置、分层适配与实时反馈等控制策略及安全施工技术。以高淳至宣城高速公路江苏段为工程案例,应用3D智能摊铺技术于水稳层施工,并开展路面碾压质量攻关。结果表明,工程沥青路面压实度、平整度均达标,为高速公路沥青路面施工质量提升提供技术支撑。
To address the problems of uneven thickness and large dispersion of compaction degree existing in the traditional paving and compaction technologies of expressway asphalt pavement,this paper focuses on the 3D intelligent paving and compaction quality control technology of expressway asphalt pavement.This paper expounds the core theories of 3D intelligent paving,including 3D modeling based on BIM and laser scanning,GPS/Beidou dual-mode positioning technology,as well as the setting of key parameters such as paving thickness,speed,and screed temperature.Analyze the architecture of the 3D intelligent paving system and the intelligent optimization strategy of parameters;Furthermore,the control strategies such as hardware configuration,hierarchical adaptation and real-time feedback of the intelligent compaction system,as well as the safe construction technology,are studied.Taking the Jiangsu section of the Gaochun-Xuancheng Expressway as an engineering case,3D intelligent paving technology was applied to the construction of the water-stabilized layer,and efforts were made to improve the quality of pavement compaction.The results show that the compaction degree and smoothness of the engineering asphalt pavement both meet the standards,providing technical support for improving the construction quality of expressway asphalt pavement.
