摘要
文章围绕轧钢过程,探究冷却水温对产品表面质量的影响。研究表明,冷却水温与氧化铁皮的形成、结构、成分及残余应力分布紧密相关,进而影响产品表面平整度。合理调控冷却水温,可有效提升轧钢产品表面质量,增强其市场竞争力,对轧钢生产具有重要指导意义。
This article focuses on the steel rolling process and explores the influence of cooling water temperature on the surface quality of products.The research shows that the cooling water temperature is closely related to the formation,structure,composition of the mill scale and the distribution of residual stress,which in turn affects the surface flatness of the products.Reasonably regulating the cooling water temperature can effectively improve the surface quality of steel rolling products,enhance their market competitiveness,and has important guiding significance for steel rolling production.
