摘要
血液透析是终末期肾病患者维持体液平衡和生命的重要治疗手段。因此,脱水量的精确测量对于保障患者安全尤为关键。为实现透析过程中水分移除的实时监测与自动补偿,本文提出了一种基于高精度电子天平、环境传感器及智能算法的脱水量实时测量系统,并进行试验验证。结果表明,该系统在设定超滤速率下测量稳定,误差在±5%以内,可有效抑制环境干扰与周期性波动。
Hemodialysis is a crucial therapeutic method for maintaining fluid balance and sustaining life in patients with end-stage renal disease.Therefore,accurate measurement of fluid removal is particularly critical for ensuring patient safety.To achieve real-time monitoring and automatic compensation of water removal during dialysis,this study proposes a real-time measurement system based on high-precision electronic scales,environmental sensors,and intelligent algorithms,followed by experimental validation.The results demonstrate that the system achieves stable measurements at set ultrafiltration rates,with errors within±5%,effectively suppressing environmental interference and periodic fluctuations.
