摘要
针对涡轮和涡街流量计的示值误差存在多路径计算结果不一致的问题,提出一种改进算法,通过引入其内置仪表系数,将示值误差还原为示值与参考的流量比值,使不同算法能实现其概念和数值上的统一。结果表明,该算法的误差计算结果不仅能与流量示值法保持完全一致,而且能准确反映流量计示值与实际测得值的偏离,可为检定规程的重制或更新提供理论依据,有助于提升计量结果的可靠性和一致性。
To address the issue of inconsistent multi-path calculation results in the indication errors of turbine and vortex flow meters,an improved algorithm is proposed.By incorporating the built-in instrument coefficient,the indication error is restored to the ratio of the indicated value to the reference flow rate,enabling different algorithms to achieve conceptual and numerical unification.The results demonstrate that the error calculation results of this algorithm not only fully align with the flow indication method but also accurately reflect the deviation between the flow meter's indicated value and the actual measured value.This provides a theoretical basis for the revision or updating of verification regulations and helps enhance the reliability and consistency of measurement results.
