摘要
为实现透射电镜颗粒图像粒径测量的自动化和标准化分析,本文基于“微束分析”透射电镜国家标准,结合透射电镜理论与数字图像处理技术,利用LabVIEW平台,开发了一套颗粒粒径测量图像分析系统,通过规范化颗粒样品的透射电镜制备流程,以金纳米颗粒和聚苯乙烯颗粒的透射电镜图像作为分析样本,实现标尺像素与距离的自动换算,为粒径准确测量提供保障,并通过对颗粒数量、粒径分布、平均值和标准差进行自动统计分析,提升测试效率与分析服务的科学性与自动化水平。
To achieve automated and standardized analysis of particle size measurement from transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images,this study developed an image analysis system for particle size measurement based on the"Microbeam Analysis"national standard for TEM.Combining TEM theory and digital image processing techniques,the system was implemented on the LabVIEW platform.By standardizing the TEM sample preparation process,TEM images of gold nanoparticles and polystyrene particles were used as analytical samples to enable automatic conversion between scale pixels and distances,ensuring accurate particle size measurement.Additionally,the system performed automated statistical analysis of particle count,size distribution,mean,and standard deviation,enhancing testing efficiency and the scientific and automated level of analysis services.
