摘要
衰老不是一个静止的过程,而是一个在细胞层面积累过氧化损伤、炎症因子平衡失调、DNA修复障碍、端粒受损、线粒体功能障碍、细胞凋亡等一系列进行性过程和衰弱表型多样化的细胞状态。在细胞层面抑制或延缓衰老是延长生物体寿命及健康寿命的重要途径,目前已经成为研究热点,本文聚焦衰老与神经系统之间的联系,揭示衰老在神经系统退行性疾病发生中的潜在机制,为抗衰老及神经系统退行性疾病的治疗做进一步探索。
Aging is not a static process,but a series of progressive processes and debilitating phenotypes at the cellular level,such as accumulation of peroxidative damage,imbalance of inflammatory factors,DNA repair disorders,telomere damage,mitochondrial dysfunction,apoptosis,etc.Diversified cellular states.Inhibiting or delaying aging at the cellular level is an important way to prolong the life span and healthy life span of organisms,and has become a research hotspot at present.This paper focuses on the connection between aging and the nervous system,reveals the potential mechanism of aging in the occurrence of neurodegenerative diseases,and further explores the anti-aging and the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
