摘要
目的:探讨循经推拿联合督灸应用于肺癌化疗患者的效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年12月重庆大学附属肿瘤医院收治的106例患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为常规组(53例给予常规护理)和中医组(53例增加循经推拿联合督灸),干预4周,对比两组的中医证候、癌因疲乏、睡眠质量、生存质量。结果:中医组CFS评分低于常规组,中医证候评分低于常规组,SRSS评分低于常规组,中文版肺癌生活质量评估量表中各维度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经推拿联合督灸能够改善肺癌化疗患者的癌因疲乏和中医证候,提高患者的睡眠质量和生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of meridian massage combined with moxibustion on patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:106 patients admitted to Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from March 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the conventional group(53 cases,received conventional care)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(53 cases,added with meridian massage combined with moxibustion)according to the random number table method.The intervention was carried out for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,cancer-related fatigue,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The CFS score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group,the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the conventional group,the SRSS score was lower than that of the conventional group,and the scores of each dimension in the Chinese version of the Lung Cancer Quality of Life Assessment Scale were higher than those in the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian massage combined with moxibustion can improve cancer-related fatigue and TCM syndromes in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and enhance their sleep quality and quality of life.
