摘要
高血压是临床常见慢性病,可引起心、脑、肾、血管等多个靶器官损害,肾损害在高血压早期即可出现。方祝元教授认为,高血压早期肾损害的主要病理因素是风、火、痰、瘀,虚为果,而非因。因此,总结高血压早期肾损害的病机为“因实致病”,临证用药多用泻实药,兼顾补虚药,注重变通化裁。
As a common chronic disease in clinical practice,hypertension can damage various target organs,including the heart,brain,kidneys,and blood vessels.Kidney damage can occur in the early stages of hypertension.Professor FANG Zhuyuan believes that the primary pathological factors of early kidney damage of hypertension are wind,fire,phlegm,and blood stasis.Deficiency is the result rather than the cause,so the pathogenesis of early kidney damage of hypertension is“excess causing disease”.In clinical practice,medicines are often used to purge excess and to tonify deficiency,with attention paid to flexible modification.
