摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是临床常见的消化系统疾病,属于胃的癌前疾病。杨倩教授认为,CAG的发生发展与脾气亏虚、阴火内生相关。阴火与湿浊、血瘀可酿生浊毒,浊毒复伤元气,治疗宜培补元气、升发清阳、化浊解毒、分阶降火,临床疗效确切。文中通过阐述阴火理论来源,论述该理论视角下CAG的病机和杨倩教授基于该理论的常用方药,浅述其论治CAG的经验。
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a clinically common disease of the digestive system and a precancerous gastric disease.Professor YANG Qian believes that the occurrence and development of CAG are related to spleen qi deficiency and endogenous yin fire.With dampness turbidity and blood stasis,yin fire can cause turbid toxin,which hurts original qi.Therefore,treatment should follow the direction of cultivating original qi,ascending clear yang,eliminating turbid and removing toxin,and reducing fire in stages,with definite clinical effect.By illustrating the source of the Yin Fire theory,this paper discussed the pathogenesis of CAG from the perspective of the theory and the common prescriptions of Professor YANG Qian based on the theory,briefly describing her experience in treating CAG.
