摘要
将红医文化融入医学院校思政教育,不仅能为医学院校思政教育注入深厚的红色文化底蕴,更能为红医文化的传承与弘扬搭建坚实平台。红医文化融入医学院校思政教育的逻辑机理主要表现在价值维度的高度契合、使命维度的承续升华、实践维度的深度耦合。深入探究红医文化融入医学院校思政教育的实践进路,构建“思政课程+课程思政+导学思政”的思政教育体系、搭建“实践育人+环境育人+网络育人”的全域育人场景、组建“思政教师+医学教师+红色文化专家”的协同育人团队,有助于提升对医学人才的教育实效性。
Integrating the culture of red medicine into ideological and political education in medical colleges can not only infuse this education with profound red cultural heritage but also establish a solid platform for the inheritance and promotion of red medical culture.The logical mechanisms of integrating red medical culture into ideological and political education in medical colleges are primarily reflected in the high alignment of value dimensions,the continuation and elevation of mission dimensions,and the deep coupling of practice dimensions.By thoroughly exploring practical approaches to integrating red medical culture into ideological and political education in medical colleges—constructing a“ideological and political courses+curriculum-based ideological and political education+mentor-led ideological and political education”system,building a comprehensive educational scenario of“practical education+environmental education+online education”,and forming a collaborative team of“ideological and political educators+medical educators+red culture experts”,we can enhance the effectiveness of medical talent education.
