摘要
AI技术与医疗领域的深度融合,在提升诊疗效率的同时也催生了价值理性与工具理性失衡的伦理冲突。本文以马克思异化劳动理论为思想基础,系统分析了AI医疗技术引发的医疗数据资本化与所有权的剥夺、医生主体性消解与技能退化、技术规训与医疗人文性的消逝、医患权力关系失衡与健康权本质偏离的异化机制及其伦理结果,进而提出以伦理重塑实现生命尊严与技术向善的价值共生、以制度革新构建技术监管与权力约束规则,以及依托技术优化开发价值敏感的可解释性AI系统等路径推进AI医疗的健康可持续发展。
The deep integration of AI technology with the medical field has enhanced diagnostic and therapeutic efficiency while simultaneously giving rise to ethical conflicts stemming from an imbalance between value rationality and instrumental rationality.Grounded in Marx’s theory of alienation labor,this paper systematically analyzes the alienation mechanisms triggered by AI medical technology:the capitalization of medical data and the deprivation of ownership rights;the dissolution of physician agency and the degradation of clinical skills;the erosion of medical humanism through technological rule-making;the imbalance in doctor-patient power dynamics,and the alienation mechanism that deviates from the essence of the right to health.It proposes ethical reconstruction to achieve a value symbiosis between human dignity and technology for good,technological innovation to establish rules for technological oversight and power constraints,and the development of value-sensitive,explainable AI systems through technological reengineering.These pathways aim to advance the healthy and sustainable development of AI in healthcare.
