摘要
休闲渔业是农文旅深度融合的新型旅游业态,其产值在2024年度达993.03亿元规模,已成为中国式旅游发展道路的重要组成部分。针对休闲渔业人才短缺问题,河北农业大学海洋学院于2025年面向水产养殖专业学生成功开设了全国首个“休闲渔业开发与运营”微专业。本文基于具体的教情与学情特点,围绕休闲渔业项目“策划—开发—运营”全流程和“校企双元驱动、课岗证赛融通、教学做创一体”培养模式,构建了理论奠基模块、技术赋能模块和价值创造模块组成的三阶递进课程体系。该体系突出微专业“跨产业融合、强场景运营、重体验设计”的特点,通过产教深度融合实现“知识输入—技能转化—价值创造”教育闭环,为中国休闲渔业专业人才培养提供借鉴。
Recreational fisheries represent a novel leisure tourism format that characterized by the deep integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism.With an output value reaching 99.303 billion yuan in 2024,it has become an important component of the Chinese approach to tourism development.In response to the talent shortage in recreational fisheries,the College of Ocean at Hebei Agricultural University successfully launched the nation's first micro-majors in"Recreational Fisheries Development and Operation"for aquaculture studies students in 2025.Based on the specific context of teaching and learning conditions,and centered around the entire process of recreational fisheries project"planning,development,and operation"and the training model of"university-enterprise dual drive,integration of courses,job requirements,certifications,and competitions,and the unity of teaching,learning,practice,and innovation",this paper constructs a three-stage progressive curriculum system.The system includes foundational theory,technical empowerment,and value creation modules.This system closely aligns with the characteristics of micro-majors,namely"cross-industry integration,emphasis on scenario-based operation,and focus on experience design".Through deep integration of industry and education,it achieves the educational closed loop of"knowledge input-skill transformation-value creation"and can serve as a reference for the cultivation of professional talents in China's recreational fisheries.
