不同投喂频率对中华鳖幼鳖生长速率的影响研究

摘要 本研究选取中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)幼鳖为试验对象,设置4个不同投喂频率组,分别为1次/d、2次/d、3次/d和4次/d,在相同的水质、水温等环境条件下进行为期60 d的养殖试验。通过测定幼鳖的增重率、特定生长率、成活率等生长指标,分析不同投喂频率对中华鳖幼鳖生长速率的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,随着投喂频率的增加,中华鳖幼鳖的增重率和特定生长率先上升后趋于稳定,当投喂频率达到3次/d时,幼鳖的生长指标达到较高水平,继续增加投喂频率至4次/d,生长指标无显著提升;各试验组幼鳖成活率均保持在较高水平,无显著差异。综合来看,在本试验条件下,中华鳖幼鳖适宜的投喂频率为3次/d。 In this study, juvenile soft-shelled turtles Pelodiscus sinensis were selected as experimental subjects, and four different feeding frequency groups were set up, which were 1 time / day, 2 times / day, 3 times / day and 4 times / day, respectively. A 60-day breeding experiment was carried out under the same environmental conditions such as water quality and water temperature. The effects of different feeding frequencies on the growth rate of juvenile soft-shelled turtle were analyzed by measuring the growth indexes such as weight gain rate, specific growth rate and survival rate. The results showed that within the experimental range, with the increase of feeding frequency, the weight gain rate and specific growth of juvenile soft-shelled turtle increased first and then tended to be stable. When the feeding frequency reached 3 times / day, the growth index of juvenile soft-shelled turtle reached a high level. When the feeding frequency continued to increase to 4 times / day, the growth index did not increase significantly. The survival rate of juvenile turtles in each experimental group remained at a high level, and there was no significant difference. In summary, under the conditions of this experiment, the appropriate feeding frequency of juvenile soft-shelled turtle was 3 times / day.
