高速公路机电系统的智慧运维模式应用

摘要 深入研究高速公路机电系统智慧运维模式的构建与应用,通过构建远程维护中心、智能运维平台和智能云盒等关键技术体系,实现了机电设备故障早发现、早处理,旨在提高运维效率和管理水平,降低运维成本。研究过程包括对现有运维模式的现状分析,对比传统运维模式与智慧运维模式的差异,详细阐述智慧运维体系架构的构建,包括集中高效、科学规范、智能融合等关键要素,以及远程维护中心、智能运维平台和智能云盒的具体实施路径。研究结果表明,智慧运维模式能够显著提升运维效率,缩短故障发现与修复时间,降低运维成本。通过在广东省南沙大桥段实施智慧运维模式试点项目,实现了设备断电秒级告警、远程故障处理等功能,故障发现与处理时间缩短了30%以上,运维成本降低了30%以上,展现了智慧运维模式在高速公路机电系统中的广阔应用前景。 Through in-depth research on the construction and application of intelligent operation and maintenance models for highway electromechanical systems,key technical systems such as remote maintenance centers,intelligent operation and maintenance platforms,and intelligent cloud boxes have been established to achieve early detection and handling of electromechanical equipment failures,aiming to improve operation and maintenance efficiency and management level,and reduce operation and maintenance costs.The research process includes analyzing the current status of existing operation and maintenance models,comparing the differences between traditional operation and maintenance models and intelligent operation and maintenance models,elaborating in detail on the construction of the intelligent operation and maintenance system architecture,including key elements such as centralized efficiency,scientific standardization,and intelligent integration,as well as the specific implementation paths of remote maintenance centers,intelligent operation and maintenance platforms,and intelligent cloud boxes.The research results indicate that the intelligent operation and maintenance mode can significantly improve operation and maintenance efficiency,shorten the time for fault detection and repair,and reduce operation and maintenance costs.By implementing the pilot project of intelligent operation and maintenance mode in the Nansha Bridge section of Guangdong Province,functions such as equipment power-off second level alarm and remote fault handling have been achieved.The fault detection and processing time has been shortened by more than 30%,and the operation and maintenance costs have been reduced by more than 30%,demonstrating the broad application prospects of intelligent operation and maintenance mode in expressway electromechanical systems.
