大轴重重载铁路路基基床结构设计方法及技术标准分析

摘要 为研究大轴重重载铁路路基基床结构设计方法,构建三维仿真模型,分析路基路床结构应力分布,及不同轴重重载铁路路基基床结构设计技术标准。研究结果表明:(1)不同轴重对于路基不同深度下内应力影响呈现指数衰减规律,与路基面深度相距越大,衰减速度越慢;轮载力在失效轨枕上方荷载分担系数最小,轮载力两侧轨枕失效荷载分担系数最大;基床表面模量与厚度增加,底层应力则不断减小。(2)路基路床结构设计需按照流程操作,把控动强度、高周长期稳定性、支承刚度这三要素指标的同时,修正应变与循环加载,确定25、30、35、40 t轴重循环变形限值分别是1.25、1.5、1.75、2 mm。(3)25、30、35、40 t轴重下,确定0.35 m、0.5 m道床厚度的基床设计值,且增加基床结构层至5层。 In order to study the design method of the roadbed structure of heavy-duty railways with large axle loads,a three-dimensional simulation model was constructed to analyze the stress distribution of the roadbed structure and the design technical standards for roadbed structures of heavy-duty railways with different axle loads.The research results indicate that:(1)Different axle loads have an exponential decay effect on the internal stress of roadbeds at different depths,and the greater the distance from the roadbed surface depth,the slower the decay rate;The load sharing coefficient of the wheel load is the smallest above the failed rail sleeper,and the load sharing coefficient of the rail sleeper on both sides of the wheel load is the largest;The surface modulus and thickness of the foundation increase,while the underlying stress continuously decreases.(2)The design of roadbed structure needs to be operated according to the process,controlling the three elements of dynamic strength,high cycle long-term stability,and support stiffness,while correcting strain and cyclic loading.The cyclic deformation limits of 25,30,35 and 40 ton axle loads are determined to be 1.25,1.5,1.75 and 2 mm,respectively.(3)Under axle loads of 25,30,35 and 40 tons,determine the design values for the roadbed thickness of 0.35 m and 0.5 m and increase the roadbed structure layer to 5 layers.
