摘要
针对桥梁混凝土表面存在的微裂缝问题,对基于超声波检测的微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术在桥梁混凝土微裂缝修复方面的应用展开探究。将制备出的具有不同宽度和深度的混凝土微裂缝试验样本,运用微生物修复液对其进行修复处理,并借助超声波检测技术来综合评估修复的实际效果。结果表明,微生物修复液能有效修复0.3 mm和0.6 mm宽度的微裂缝,且在水中养护14 d后,修复效果良好,无可见裂缝。超声波检测数据显示,修复后的试验样品超声波波速显著提高,密实度增加,表明微裂缝处的结构完整性得到恢复。此外,微生物修复液对30 mm深度的裂缝修复效果优于40 mm深度裂缝。试验结果验证了超声波检测技术在评估微裂缝修复效果中的有效性,并为桥梁混凝土微裂缝的绿色、环保修复提供了科学依据。
Aiming at the problem of micro-crack existing on the surface of bridge concrete,an exploration is carried out on the application of the technology of microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation based on ultrasonic testing in the repair of micro-crack in bridge concrete.Firstly,test samples of concrete micro-crack with different widths and depths are prepared.Then,these samples are repaired with a microbial repair solution.Finally,the actual repair effect is comprehensively evaluated by means of ultrasonic testing technology.The results show that the micro-crack of 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm width can be effectively repaired by the microbial repair solution,and the repair effect is good after 14 days of maintenance in water.The ultrasonic test data showed that the ultrasonic wave velocity and density of the repaired test sample were significantly increased,indicating that the structural integrity of the micro-crack was restored.In addition,the effect of microbial repair solution on cracks at 30 mm depth is better than that of cracks at 40 mm depth.The test results verified the effectiveness of ultrasonic testing technology in evaluating the repair effect of micro-crack,and provided a scientific basis for the green and environmentally friendly repair of micro-crack in bridge concrete.
