摘要
废旧轮胎经加工成橡胶粉后掺入沥青中,能够有效增强沥青混合料的路用性能,同时推动废旧轮胎的资源化利用,有助于环境保护和减少碳排放。为探究橡胶作为改性材料对SMA-13混合料路用性能的影响,制备了不同掺量的混合料试件,通过车辙、浸水马歇尔、小梁弯曲等试验对其路用性能进行评估,并依托实际工程验证了橡胶粉改性沥青混合料的应用效果。研究结果表明,橡胶掺量可以显著提高混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性。随着掺量的增加,高温稳定性逐渐提升,水稳定性、低温抗裂性先提升后降低;橡胶粉掺量为30%的改性沥青混合料在实际道路改造工程中具有良好的应用效果,试验段路面动稳定度达到3 800次/mm,低温抗弯拉强度达到11.9 MPa,破坏应变达到3 450με,残留稳定度达到91%,各项指标显著高于原路面且满足规范要求。
Adding rubber powder made from waste tires into asphalt can significantly improve the road performance of asphalt mixture,promote the recycling of waste tires and reduce environmental pollution.In order to explore the influence of rubber as a modified material on the road performance of SMA-13 mixture,different mixture samples were prepared,and the road performance was evaluated through rut,immersion Marshall,trabecular bending tests,etc.,and the application effect of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was verified by actual engineering.The results show that the rubber content can significantly improve the high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture.With the increase of the dosage,the high temperature stability gradually increased,the water stability and low temperature crack resistance first increased and then decreased,and each index of the specimen was standardized.The modified asphalt mixture with 30%rubber powder content has a good application effect in the actual road reconstruction project,the pavement dynamic stability reaches 3800 times/mm,the low-temperature bending tensile strength reaches 11.9 MPa,the failure strain reaches 3450με,and the residual stability reaches 91%.All indicators are significantly higher than the original pavement and meet the requirements of all specifications.
