海城市农村公路路面养护技术适用性分析

Applicability Analysis of Pavement Maintenance Technologies for Rural Roads in Haicheng City

摘要 以海城市马风镇—析木镇汤析线为研究对象,通过对路段路面破损状况进行检测与分类统计,计算出路面损坏状况指数为78.90,沥青路面处于“中级”状态,已出现一定程度损坏,需要采取适当的养护措施延缓路面状况进一步发展。然后使用等长和变长分段法对养护路段进行划分,并结合路面状况衰减曲线,确定预防性养护的最佳时间范围为3.05年后。通过对预防性养护措施的经济和技术效益进行定量评价,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法得出微表处、碎石封层、雾封层和薄层罩面的综合评分为84.60、82.52、81.88、74.60,其中微表处为最佳养护方案。 Taking the Mafeng Town-Ximu Town Tangxi Line in Haicheng City as the research object,this study analyzed the pavement condition by detecting and statistically categorizing the pavement damage.The Pavement Condition Index was calculated to be 78.90,indicating that the asphalt pavement is in a“moderate”condition with a certain degree of damage.Appropriate maintenance measures are required to slow down the further deterioration of the pavement condition.The study then used equal-length and variable-length sectioning methods to divide the maintenance sections and,based on the pavement condition decay curve,determined the optimal time range for preventive maintenance to be 3.05 years later.By quantitatively evaluating the economic and technical benefits of preventive maintenance measures,the study used the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method to determine the comprehensive scores for micro-surfacing,stone mastic seal coat,fog seal,and thin overlays as 84.60,82.52,81.88 and 74.60,respectively.Micro-surfacing was identified as the best maintenance option.
