摘要
随着我国城市群发展进程加速,高速公路的交通能力亟须通过改扩建的途径得到提升以满足经济和日常活动的需要,但现有多车道高速公路普遍未设置左侧硬路肩。研究表明,多车道高速公路设置合理的左侧硬路肩能够为在内侧车道行驶的车辆在遇到紧急情况时不需要穿越多车道到右路肩停放,避免了恶性交通事故的发生。依据交通量预测结果计算京港澳高速公路粤境清远至广州太和段改扩建项目所需车道,然后采用仿真建模研究增设左侧硬路肩对通行效率和交通冲突的影响。结果表明,增设左侧硬路肩对通行效率和交通冲突有积极的影响。
With the acceleration of the development of urban agglomerations in China,it is imperative to improve the traffic capacity of expressways by means reconstruction and expansion to meet the needs of economy and daily activities,but the existing multi-lane expressways are generally not provided with a hard shoulder on the left side.Research shows that multi-lane expressway with a reasonable hard shoulder on the left side can provide vehicles traveling in the inner lane with the option to park without crossing multiple lanes to the right shoulder in of emergency,thus avoiding the occurrence of serious traffic accidents.Firstly,the required lanes for the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Qingyuan to Guangzhou Taihe Section reconstruction and expansion project were calculated based on the traffic volume forecast results.Then,the simulation modeling method was used to calculate and study the impact of adding a left hard shoulder on traffic efficiency and traffic conflicts.The results show that the additional hard shoulder on the side has positive impact on the efficiency of traffic flow and traffic conflicts.
