摘要
研究了废旧沥青混合料回收料(RAP)精分后的富油集料在水泥稳定碎石中的应用,通过抗压回弹模量、干缩、温缩及疲劳试验,对其抗裂性能进行了系统地分析。结果表明,RAP精分富油集料的引入有效降低了混合料的干缩和温缩系数,显著改善了抗裂性能;同时,由于RAP精分富油集料中旧沥青的黏弹特性,降低了混合料的回弹模量,提高了混合料的疲劳寿命,当RAP完全替换0~4.75 mm粒径的碎石时,疲劳寿命可提高54.46%。研究表明,RAP精分富油集料可以提高水稳碎石抗裂性和耐久性,既拓展了RAP多元利用的方向,也为道路基层裂缝问题的解决提供新思路。
In this paper,the application of oil-rich aggregate after fine separation of waste Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)in cement-stabilized gravel was studied,and its crack resistance was systematically analyzed by compressive resilience modulus,dry shrinkage,temperature shrinkage and fatigue tests.The results show that the introduction of RAP refined oil-rich aggregate effectively reduces the dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage coefficient of the mixture,and significantly improves the crack resistance.At the same time,due to the viscoelastic characteristics of the old asphalt in the RAP fine oil-rich aggregate,the resilience modulus of the mixture is reduced,and the fatigue life of the mixture is improved,and the fatigue life can be increased by 54.46%when RAP completely replaces the gravel with a particle size of 0~4.75 mm.The results show that RAP refined oil-rich aggregate can improve the crack resistance and durability of water-stabilized gravel,which not only expands the direction of multiple utilization of RAP,but also provides new ideas for solving the problem of cracks in the road base.
