实验室工作台用陶瓷面板的应用与展望

摘要 随着我国科研与高等教育的迅速发展,实验室建设面积不断扩大,对实验室工作台面板需求日益增大。陶瓷板是一种新兴的实验室台面板材料,具有优异的耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、高硬度、绝缘、易清洁等性质,近年来得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了实验室工作台面板发展现状及分类,对比酚醛树脂板、环氧树脂板和工业陶瓷板的优缺点,重点阐述了陶瓷台面板优异特性,并展望了其在材料创新、定制化、智能化等方面的发展前景。 With the rapid development of scientific research and higher education in China,the continuous expansion of laboratory facilities has significantly increased demand for workbench panels.Ceramic workbench panels are emerging laboratory workbench materials,which have excellent high temperature resistance,chemical corrosion resistance,high hardness,insulation,easy cleaning and other properties,and have been widely used in recent years.This paper introduces the development status and classification of laboratory workbench panels,compares the advantages and disadvantages of phenolic resin panels,epoxy resin panels and industrial ceramic panels.It focuses on elaborating the excellent characteristics of ceramic workbench panels and looks ahead to their development prospects in aspects such as material innovation,customization,and intellectualization.
