摘要
目的探讨黄帝内针对全膝关节置换术后患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及止痛药给药次数的影响。方法选取2022年4月-2023年4月在南昌大学第二附属医院骨科住院拟行全膝关节置换术的100例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组术后给予静脉镇痛泵,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄帝内针治疗。观察两组干预前后VAS评分、止痛药给药次数及关节活动度,并进行统计学分析。结果干预后,两组VAS评分均低于干预前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组止痛药给药次数少于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组关节活动度均高于干预前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄帝内针治疗能有效降低全膝关节置换术后患者VAS评分及止痛药给药次数,提高关节活动度,对改善患者术后疼痛及促进功能恢复具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangdi Neizhen on visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the frequency of analgesic administrations in patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given intravenous analgesia pump after operation,and the treatment group was treated with Huangdi Neizhen on the basis of the control group.The VAS score,the frequency of analgesic administrations and the range of motion were observed before and after the intervention in the two groups,and statistical analysis was performed.Results After intervention,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and that of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of analgesic administrations in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the range of motion of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangdi Neizhen therapy can effectively reduce the VAS score and the frequency of analgesic administrations in patients after total knee arthroplasty,improve the range of motion,and has positive significance for improving postoperative pain and promoting functional recovery.
